Hitch a ride to the heartland, where we’ll find the University of Nebraska, a beacon of knowledge amidst the Cornhusker State since 1869. The historic heart of the campus, the “Quad”, is surrounded by century-old red-brick buildings, making you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. Head on down to the Historic Haymarket District in downtown Lincoln. This former warehouse district is now a bustling hub of restaurants, boutique shops, and bars that come alive when the Huskers play. On game days, Memorial Stadium transforms into Nebraska’s third-largest city, a sea of red as far as the eye can see. The Huskers fans, famous for their hospitality, take tailgating to new levels with Nebraska beef, runzas, and corn on the cob aplenty.

Gameday

Nebraska football, established in 1890, is as legendary as it gets. In the 70s and 90s, under the leadership of Bob Devaney and Tom Osborne, the Huskers were an unstoppable force, securing five national championships and creating a legacy that’s etched in college football history. Lawrence Phillips, Tommie Fraizer, and the Blackshirts could absolutely ball… Bo Pellini, Scott Frost and the Big Ten have buried the Huskers, but we’ll see what Matt Rhule can do to regain past glory.
