Heading to Tucson, Arizona for a gameday? Dive into our breakdown of what you should do for your upcoming trip.
Tucson, home of the University of Arizona (UA). Founded in 1885, UA was the first university in the Arizona Territory and is now a world-class institution known for its research in areas like physical sciences and health. Tucson, or as the locals say, “The Old Pueblo,” is a vibrant city where Native American, Mexican, and Western cultures meld together. The city is peppered with historic landmarks, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert, and fueled by the energy of a dynamic university town. There might not be a specific bar district, but Tucson has an exciting nightlife scene scattered throughout the city, including spots downtown and on 4th Avenue.
