Win the Weekend

Heading to Santa Clara, CA for a gameday? Dive into our breakdown of what you should do for your upcoming trip.
“Faithful Then, Faithful Now” that’s the dedication these fans have had since 1946. The San Francisco 49ers have been boasting a legacy highlighted by five Super Bowl championships, largely during the golden years of the 1980s. Legends like Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, and Steve Young have donned the iconic red and gold, turning Candlestick Park into a hallowed ground of football lore. In 2014, the 49ers embarked on a new era with the opening of Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, bringing the team into the heart of Silicon Valley. Though relatively new, the stadium has already hosted a Super Bowl and witnessed the 49ers’ resurgence under coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch.

Gameday

Gameday in the San Francisco Bay can be absolutely magical. You can literally start your morning in Napa or Pebble Beach. We recommend Palo Alto or San Francisco proper. This city and region are known for technology and innovation, but that doesn’t make getting to Levi’s Stadium easy. Make sure you give yourself a few hours to get to the Stadium.

Ticketing

Every time you use our Ticketmaster, StubHub or TickPick direct links, it’s like tossing a high-five our way with no additional charge for you. You get in the game, and we keep the lights on. It’s a win-win!

Ticketing 101

Like all sporting events, we encourage you to research your seats on a view from my seat.
The 49ers Sideline is Sections 132-144. If you’re going to pick an end zone, pick Sections

Visitors

The Visitors’ sideline is Sections 108-122. As you look across the gridiron, you’ll be staring at a wall of suites above the playing field which is equally impressive and soul crushing.

Our Ticketing Partners

Finding the right seats at the right price can feel like a game all its own, but we’ve got you covered. We proudly recommend Tick Pick for quick pricing transparency and StubHub for their large inventory. The Ticketmaster seat maps are very useful for understanding the number of rows in a section and the exact location of a seat within a row.

The Stadium

Getting Started

The San Francisco 49ers play at Levi’s Stadium, which is located in Santa Clara, California, about 38 miles southeast of San Francisco. The stadium was completed in 2014 and boasts a seating capacity of around 68,500. While the Niners have played at a high level since moving in, Levi’s doesn’t come close to the legacy and lore of a foggy night game at Candlestick.
