So grab your purple and black gear, join the flock, and experience the magic of Ravens football. A night game at M&T should be on your bucket list.

Gameday

The Baltimore Ravens were established in 1996 after the controversial relocation of the Cleveland Browns, a move orchestrated by then-owner Art Modell. Before the Ravens, Baltimore was home to the Colts, a storied franchise that won multiple NFL championships and a Super Bowl before owner Robert Irsay moved the team to Indianapolis in 1984 under the cover of night. The loss of the Colts left a deep scar on Baltimore, but the arrival of the Ravens revitalized the city’s passion for football. Under the leadership of head coach Brian Billick and led by a ferocious defense, the Ravens won their first Super Bowl in 2000. In 2012, the Ravens captured their second Super Bowl title under head coach John Harbaugh, with iconic performances from players like Ray Lewis, Joe Flacco, and Ed Reed. The Ravens have built a reputation for their tough, defensive-minded play and have consistently been competitive in the AFC North. The franchise’s ability to rebound from losing the Colts and create a winning culture with the Ravens speaks volumes about Baltimore’s resilience and love for football.
