Kansas City

Chiefs

Win the Weekend

The Kansas City Chiefs kicked off in 1960 as the Dallas Texans. After one year, Lamar Hunt relocated the team to KC. The Chiefs had quick success reaching the inaugural Super Bowl (1967) and winning Super Bowl IV. The Chiefs were pretty mediocre in the 70’s and 80’s before King Carl and Marty Schottenheimer crushed the 1990’s, less of course any Championships. Fast forward to today, the Chiefs have played in the past 6 AFC Championship games, raising two more banners.

Gameday

Welcome to Chiefs Kingdom. What some may call Flyover Country, Kansas City is a must stop place to see the best QB of his generation. KC is incredible place of Midwest hustle and hospitality, of which attending a Chiefs game is a perfect reflection of.

Ticketing

Every time you use our Ticketmaster, StubHub or TickPick direct links, it’s like tossing a high-five our way with no additional charge for you. You get in the game, and we keep the lights on. It’s a win-win!

Ticketing 101

Like all sporting events, we encourage you to research your seats on a view from my seat.
Chiefs Sideline Sections are 115-123. If you’re going to pick an end zone, pick 104-116 or 309-316 to have a view of the bigger video board. If rain is in the forecast, choose the top 4 rows of each section to be protected overhead.

Visitors

The Visitors’ are Sections 101-105 and 133-136 which run continuously down the sideline. You’ll be directly behind the benches in these sections with no sideline suites in your way.

Our Ticketing Partners

Finding the right seats at the right price can feel like a game all its own, but we’ve got you covered. We proudly recommend Tick Pick for quick pricing transparency and StubHub for their large inventory. NFL Ticket Exchange

Parking

Parking 101

Gates open 4.5 hours before Kickoff. Die hards literally tailgate at the gate before they enter the lot. It’s not worth the splurge for a Gold Pass or Lot M Pass, but you need to be assertive parking or the attendants will route you around the stadium in frustrating fashion.

Red Lot

After entering the Parking Lot, the attendants will try to direct you around the Stadiums. Don't fall for their "guidance", work yourself into Lots B-C or G-H for the best Stadium surroundings.

Gold Lot or Lot M

Located directly between Arrowhead & Kauffman Stadium (Royals), this lot is the spot if you want to be at the center of it all. From your tailgate, you'll walk right past the statue of Lamar Hunt as your enter Arrowhead.

Taco Bell

Listen, we get it... Parking at Arrowhead is exorbitantly expensive. If you want to save some $$$ for stadium beers, you can park off I-70 in an oversized lot by Taco Bell. From there, you can walk over Blue Ridge Cutoff into Truman Sports Complex. That said, PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Tailgate Traditions

Tailgating 101

You’ll be hard pressed to find a better environment than the endless asphalt of Arrowhead. Tens of thousands of fans literally tailgate waiting for the Stadium Gates to open to tailgate. They tailgate to tailgate. Legends don’t only lineup on the gridiron.

Red Lot

After entering the Parking Lot, the attendants will try to direct you around the Stadiums. Don’t fall for their “guidance”, work yourself into Lots B-C or G-H for the best Stadium surroundings.

Ford Tailgate District

Tailgate space open to the public and located on the west side of Lot M. Includes live entertainment, tailgate games, food trucks, Chiefs Cheerleaders, and more.

Tickets for Less VIP Tailgate

If you’re looking for an accessible, all inclusive tailgate, this indoor tent located in Lot M near the Stadium is a solid option. It’s definitely a more sterile environment versus hosting your own, but it’s an “instant” tailgate.

The Stadium

Getting Started

Arrowhead Stadium opened in 1972 as part of the Truman Sports complex. Remarkably, it’s the third oldest NFL Stadium and most recently remodeled in 200X. Arrowhead’s design is unique, with its bowl shape that keeps the noise inside the stadium (Arrowhead holds the record for the loudest stadium in the world at 142.2 decibels) This architecture contributes to making it one of the loudest stadiums in the NFL.

Best Stadium Spots

Hall of Honor – Located on the Field Level Concourse (100’s Level) is a must stop.  This indoor/temperature controlled museum highlights the history of the Organization plus the three Lombardi’s. Club Level provides a great indoor/outdoor access. If there’s rain in the Overhang Arrowhead Stadium, the view of the Kansas City skyline is generally most visible from sections 301 to 317.

Best Stadium Food & Drink

You know we could only recommend BBQ in Arrowhead. Apologies if you already have the meat sweats, but this ain’t gonna help.

Buck Tui – Thai KC BBQ located outside Sections 121 and 339. This place slaps.
Smoak BBQ – Elevated BBQ available outside Section 316
Chef J– Good looking Que outside Section 107

What to Watch For

  • Home of the Chiefs – Hearing the end of the Star Spangled Banner with “Home of the Chiefs” sends shivers down your spine.  If you get a B-2 (Stealth), housed nearby at Whiteman AFB, soundlessly sneak up on you as a flyover, count yourself blessed.
  • Ring of Honor – These rings are visible from your seats, highlighting the legends who have donned the right and gold.
